Each woman and each pregnancy is unique, and for this reason we encourage INDIVIDUAL modifications based on each person’s unique circumstances and physiology. Seeking guidance from your health care team is highly recommended; furthermore, we strongly suggest each woman gets individually assessed by a pelvic health physiotherapist for their specific circumstances.
