If you are like us, when the leaves start changing and the weather gets chillier, all you crave is warm cozy flavours. 

Well, in this blog, we are going to share with you our FAVORITE PUMPKIN recipes that are perfect for fall!

Let’s start with some fun facts first about pumpkin!

Did you know that pumpkin is….

-an awesome source of vitamins A, B1, B6 & C

-a nutrient dense, high volume food- for 0.5 cup of pumpkin puree it is only 50 calories! 

-it is high in fiber! 1 cup of pumpkin puree has 6 grams of fiber in it!!

-it is high in beta-carotene (which converts to vitamin A) and is associated with helping decrease age-related macular degeneration, which is a vision problem that can occur as we age.
