  • Coaching on healthy food choices, while allowing flexibility to choose the foods you enjoy during your program.

Standard Plan

Includes:
  • Check-ins with your nutrition coach via EMAIL on a weekly basis
  • Goal-focused nutrition education, supplement suggestions, and nutrient timing strategies around your training sessions.
  • Daily macronutrient targets adjusted based on your progress.
  • Coaching on healthy food choices, while allowing flexibility to choose the foods you enjoy during your program.
  • 24/7 accessibility via email

30 minute Basic Nutrition Consultation

Includes Counselling on:
  • Food quality and what each macronutrient is and what each one does for your body.
  • General Pre-workout and Postworkout nutrition recommendations.
  • Water recommendations.
  • Basic Supplement recommendations.
  • You will NOT be receiving specific macronutrient numbers or calories – this would fall into our custom nutrition program.
