This is a 45-60min call where you have a YQL Nutrition coach review your goals, your individual intake form, and what you are currently doing and provide you with a detailed plan to move you forward to your goals. This includes, but is not limited to:

Training & Movement Frequency Targets
Supplement Suggestions
Time to have your questions answered
Who It is For
For individuals who would like a plan to understand how to optimize nutrition and lifestyle habits for a specific goal - examples: have more energy, lose body fat, fertility, cardiovascular health, etc
For individuals who are looking for a starting point towards their goals and dont desire the accountability or ongoing support of a coach.
A great opportunity for previous clients to consult with their former coach regarding adjustments, shift in goals, or planning the next phase in their nutrition journey.
Who It is NOT For
NOT for individuals who want ongoing coaching and/or adjustments to their targets. There is NO support or time to get questions answered after the call is over unless you book an additional session or purchase our bundle packages.

***note: body composition analysis (inbody scan) is for individuals local to Lethbridge Ab or willing to travel to Lethbridge for their scan.
TYPES of SUCCESS SESSIONS
Maintenance/Longevity- this session is for individuals with the goal to learn how to eat to feel your best and eat to support your activity level
Body Composition - this session will get you started on your journey if your goal is fat loss, to build muscle, or improve body composition. We DO recommend 1-1 coaching for this goal OR purchasing a Success Session Bundle, as you typically require multiple adjustments to targets as your body adapts.
Fertility Foundations - this session is for women who want to establish a foundation for optimizing health for a future pregnancy - what you do months before you conceive is so important when fertility is your goal
Pregnancy/Postpartum - this session is for women who want to understand nutrition and lifestyle habits to support the three trimesters of pregnancy and/or postpartum. These stages of life have unique considerations and challenges, where nutrition and lifestyle habits can plan a big role.
Hormone Optimization - this session is for individuals who have recent bloodwork done or have a specific area they would like to concentrate on making improvements in through adjustments to nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Examples include
Sex hormone health - males: testosterone optimization, females: estrogen/progesterone optimization
Cardiovascular health
Thyroid health - Hashimotos, hypothyroidism
PCOS
Blood sugar dysregulation/insulin resistance

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Purchase your Success Session! Upon purchase, you will receive an email with your intake form with all the information we will need to make your plan!
STEP 2
Allow 3 business days for your plan to be sent back to you. With your plan you will receive a link to book your Success Session with your coach.

Review your plan, attend the call & come with questions!
