Pregnancy and Nutrition

HI Mama,

we know that all the information out there about how to care for yourself during pregnancy can be overwhelming.  As nutrition coaches we have identified a need for more education surrounding nutrition, healthy habits, and pregnancy. As a mom of two, Robyn found the information sparse and confusing; and Megan, as a Labour and Delivery nurse, receives many questions about how to properly nourish yourself when pregnant. That is why we created this one stop Nutrition and Pregnancy Guide to help eliminate the confusion and provide you with clarity so you can feel confident to make choices that serve you and your baby.

If you are looking for more individualized guidance on how to optimize your health before, during and after pregnancy we are here to help! At the end of this post you will see a link to book a free Consultation to discuss if nutrition coaching is right for you!

We hope you find this information helpful, and as always, appreciate any feedback that you have!
