How does it work? 

Once you sign up, you will fill out a detailed intake form, outlining the information we need to know about YOU and what you would like to achieve during your journey with YQL Nutrition. 

You will be paired with a nutrition coach who is your support person for your entire journey and who will design your individualized evidence- based nutrition and lifestyle plan specific for your goals! 

We meet you where you are at and make sure your plan is specific to YOUR needs and goals so we can get you to where you want to be!

You will have your welcome call with your coach going over your program so you feel confident right away! Through the support of your coach, you will start to take action on your plan, with adjustments as needed along the way!

Your plan will include

  • Goal-focused nutrition education, supplement suggestions, and nutrient timing strategies Daily macronutrient targets adjusted based on your progress.

  • Coaching on healthy food choices, while allowing flexibility to choose the foods you enjoy during your program.

  • Mindset coaching so you can abandon the all/nothing approach to nutrition and healthy habits that have left you spinning your wheels. Our goal for you is to foster a positive relationship with food and your body and feel confident to maintain your results long-term - this is a LIFESTYLE based program

  • Access to our private client portal which includes 100s of delicious healthy recipes to get you to your goals!

  • Food log analysis and feedback at every check-in so you can feel confident you are nourishing your body with foods that make you feel your best!

  • During your coaching experience, you receive weekly check-ins with your coach and 24/5 direct messaging support - you will feel extremely supported in your journey, and our goal is to educate you about your goals, help you make the connection between how habits and nutrition make you feel, and feel confident to continue to maintain your results well after your program is over!
