    The time commitment is in practicing the behaviours that move you forward to your goals! Initially there is some intention that comes along with these practices, but they become intuitive rather quickly!

    With 1-1 coaching you are assigned a coach and will have text support and 1-1 check-ins with your coach on a regular basis.

Robyn, founder of YQL Nutrition is a mom of two young boys and wife to a CrossFit Gym owner.

Megan, YQL Nutrition Coach is a wife and mom to baby boy Weston.

We both have our own journey with health and fitness that first started with restriction, all/nothing mindset, and overwhelm.
